Infelizmente, o que me faz aqui escrever estas palavras são a tristeza de ter perdido a minha Tia na madrugada de Domingo, dia 9. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Como pude ler mais abaixo, ela tinha vos confidenciado ter sofrido um acidente de viação a caminho de Portugal e, apesar de estar a recuperar, não conseguiu resistir e abandonou-nos :(&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Por esse mesmo motivo, este Blog vai ser encerrado ficando apenas as receitas que a minha Tia aqui colocou com tanto carinho, os vossos comentários que ela lia e muito apreciava e o desejo e a esperança de que, esteja a minha Tia onde estiver, possa olhar por nós e consiga, finalmente, descansar em paz…&lt;/p&gt; Fui de imediato socorrida e dei entrada nas urgências, onde acabei por ter de ser operada. Como poderão calcular, toda esta confusão culminou no adiamento do nosso casamento, inicialmente por tempo indeterminado, mas hoje já com nova data marcada! &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Tanto eu, como o Tiago, queremos agradecer o carinho e os votos de felicidades que nos têm deixado neste blog. Infelizmente a vida tem destes percalços e nem sempre conseguimos prever e ultrapassar alguns dos obstáculos que nela surgem! Acrescente o restante leite bem quente, tempere de sal, pimenta e noz moscada. Leve ao lume e vá mexendo sempre até começar a ferver. Misture bem e espalhe sobre a massa estendida. De seguida coloque fatias de fiambre, tiras de bacon e fatias de queijo a gosto.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Depois de ter colocado todos os ingredientes, comece a enrolar como se de uma torta se tratasse. Junte os cogumelos, o gengibre, o molho de soja e o molho de ostra. Acrescente o amendoim e mexa bem. Passado esse tempo acrescente o bagaço/whisky ou Vinho do Porto (a gosto) e deixe apurar durante mais 5 minutos. De seguida coloque a polpa de tomate de modo a que o molho fique com uma cor bem avermelhada. Caso o molho fique demasiado aquoso desfaça &lt;st1:metricconverter st="on" productid="1 a"&gt;&lt;st1:metricconverter st="on" productid="1 a"&gt;1 a&lt;/st1:metricconverter&gt;&lt;/st1:metricconverter&gt; 2 colheres de maisena com um pouco de leite e adicione ao mesmo de modo a que este comece a engrossar. Coloque piripiri a gosto e tempere de sal. Deixe apurar.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"&gt;&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Para a montagem:&lt;/b&gt; coloque num prato fundo uma fatia de pão de forma tostado. Por cima coloque 1 fatia de fiambre, 1 linguiça aberta ao meio, 1 bife, salpicão e qualquer outra carne que tenha grelhado. No topo coloque a 2ª fatia de pão de forma. Cubra tudo com &lt;st1:metricconverter st="on" productid="2 a"&gt;&lt;st1:metricconverter st="on" productid="2 a"&gt;2 a&lt;/st1:metricconverter&gt;&lt;/st1:metricconverter&gt; 3 fatias de queijo e leve ao forno/microondas até derreter o queijo. Depois de derretido acrescente um pouco menos de metade da lata de leite condensado. Prepare a gelatina neutra e use um pouco nesta mistura.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt; Verta este preparado numa forma (eu usei uma daquelas redondas de silicone com buraco no meio, mas também pode usar outra qualquer) e espalhe bem nas paredes da forma. Leve ao congelador para solidificar. Retire do congelador e espalhe novamente chocolate nas paredes da forma. No liquidificador junte as bananas e o leite e bata bem. Verta o batido numa taça à qual junta a outra metade da lata de leite condensado e a restante gelatina neutra já preparada. Junte também os iogurtes.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"&gt;À parte bata as natas até ficarem em chantilly sem adicionar açúcar. Quando estiverem bem fofas envolva ao restante preparado de banana e deite na forma já forrada de chocolate. Quando estiver alourada juntam-se os camarões e tempera-se com um pouco de pimenta. Deixam-se cozinhar em lume brando durante 5 minutos.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" align="justify"&gt;Cobre-se a massa da pizza com o molho de tomate e polvilha-se com queijo ralado. Espalham-se depois os espinafres e de seguida os camarões refogados.
